Responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive foot traffic, increase bookings, and enhance brand awareness for the venue. This role combines creative thinking with data-driven decision-making to grow the venue's presence across digital, print, and on-site channels.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement marketing campaigns for events, promotions, and seasonal offers
Manage social media accounts, website content, and email marketing
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and external agencies
Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reports
Collaborate with operations and events teams to ensure cohesive messaging
Build relationships with local media, influencers, and community partners
Qualifications:
Previous marketing experience, ideally in hospitality, events, or F&B
Strong communication and project management skills
Experience with social media platforms
Design skills and familiarity with digital marketing tools
Creative, proactive, and results-driven

Responsible for creating visually engaging content that reflects the venue’s brand and enhances its presence across print, digital, and social media platforms. This role supports marketing campaigns, event promotions, and general brand development through high-quality design work.
Key Responsibilities:
Design digital assets for social media, EDMs, and websites
Create print materials including menus, posters, flyers, and signage
Develop branding elements for new campaigns or events
Ensure consistency across all visual communications
Collaborate with the marketing and events teams to meet deadlines and campaign goals
Source and edit photography and video content when required
Qualifications:
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Good understanding of layout and visual storytelling
Ability to work quickly and meet deadlines
Prior experience in hospitality or events is a bonus

Oversee the daily operations of the venue, ensuring smooth service, exceptional guest experiences, and team efficiency. Responsible for staff management, service standards, venue presentation, and ensuring all functions and events run seamlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and lead front-of-house staff, including rostering, training, and performance management
Ensure high standards of customer service and venue presentation at all times
Coordinate with the kitchen, bar, and events teams to ensure smooth operations
Monitor venue compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Support delivery of functions and events, including setup, service, and pack down
Manage stock levels, ordering, and supplier relationships
Work closely with the marketing and events teams to support promotions and activations
Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar management role within hospitality
Strong leadership and communication skills
Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities
RSA and RSG certifications (as required by local law)
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
